Added Value
Supported by our design and supply-chain partners we are fully committed to working in partnership with our clients and all stakeholders to develop flexible improved solutions to reduced timescales, with greater cost certainty and to exceptional quality regardless of the scale or complexity of projects.
Sustainability
Sustainability is a central theme to all our activities, this includes social and environmental issues. As part of our sustainability commitment we are targeting the delivery of the ‘one Wales, one Plant’ waste reduction targets by 2025 and have set ourselves an 80% recycling target by 2015; with 90% by 2020 (WAG targets 70% by 2015; with 80% by 2020).
As part of our Company wide Zero Waste Policy we are designing and managing/specifying products and processes to reduce the volume and toxicity of waste and materials, conserve and recover all resources, and not burn or bury them (waste to landfill). These initiatives have combined to enable us to offer clients increasingly higher levels of value, while reducing costs, programmes and each project’s environmental impact.
We have achieved significant growth and considerable success through a number of key initiatives which have focused on collaborative working, supply chain management programmes, health & safety & continuous improvement initiatives and people development and this success has been acknowledged through winning a number of awards.
