Wynne Construction were appointed by Cheshire West and Chester Council to construct the new business units in Dock Road, Northwich. The expansion will take the business park to 10 premises. The development, which comprises of 4 new state-of-the-art business units, provides an additional 1000m2 of commercial spaces consisting of a large workshop area, office and associated kitchen/WC facilities. The Duttons Business Centre has also achieved BREEAM 'Excellent' with a score of 75.4%
