The Waterfront Hotspot project was awarded by Conwy County Borough Council to build a new single storey Watersports Centre, which will offer a cafe/bistro, educational and conference facilities, changing rooms, retail unit and workshop. The building will also include a rooftop viewing area, park and events space.
