Wynne Construction has been appointed by Denbighshire County Council to design and construct the new Queen's Market on Sussex Street, Rhyl.
The development will include a market/food hall containing a mezzanine for additional seating, an events and commercial hall, as well as drainage and external works and refurbishment to the Queen's Chambers buildings.
The funding for the development has been provided by the Council, the Welsh Government Transforming Towns' programme and the European Regional Development Fund.
Work is expected to be completed in Summer 2023.
Queen's Market is a registered site with the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
