We have been appointed by Coleg Cambria to oversee the £14m design-and-build contract for Phase 2 of the Yale Campus Redevelopment.
The three-storey development will house a health and wellbeing that provides high-quality health and social care education. This will be supported by the various facilities, including a juice bar, an industry-standard commercial spa and treatment rooms, simulated medical wards, and virtual reality environments.
