Wynne’s commitment to apprenticeships highlighted in Wales Business Insider A focus on apprenticeships and continual development by Wynne Construction has been featured in a leading Welsh business publication.

Managing director, Chris Wynne, shared at length the company’s efforts developing and promoting apprenticeships and work experience opportunities with Wales Business Insider as part of a key feature in the magazine’s July issue.

Our insights into our robust framework, which aims to provide an enriching environment for apprentices, was a core aspect of the article, emphasising the commitment to equipping young talent with practical industry knowledge.

Chris Wynne said: "Our apprenticeship and work experience programmes play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the construction industry, and it was an honour for our dedication to be highlighted in such a prestigious magazine as Wales Business Insider. Across our decades of working with apprentices, we’ve found continuously challenging them and pushing past the main requirements of an apprenticeship to ensure they are maximising the experience leads to greater success. Reflection is vital to this process, with all our apprentices having access to weekly progress reports, monthly individual development meetings, and log books, encouraging self-reflection and identification of where they can grow.”

The article also highlights our passion for creating a safe and inclusive environment for learners through the Wynne Futures Foundation, with a culture of transparency leading to further development within the sector.
