All registered sites with CCS were eligible to be considered for a National Site Award, and the Ysgol Y Bont project has been selected by the Scheme’s independent panel to receive a Bronze award.
The National Site Awards are presented to the highest performing registered sites and are an opportunity for the industry to get together and celebrate its achievements in improving the image of construction. Every award-winning site has demonstrated a true commitment to considerate construction, and as a result, has greatly benefitted communities, the workforce and the environment.
Any site registered with the Scheme is eligible to win a National Site Award providing that the site, or registered phase, has completed on or before the 31st December in the previous year. From those sites that have completed, award winners are selected from the top performing 10%. The Scheme uses an independent panel throughout the awards process to review eligible sites and to ensure fair and unbiased nominations.
