The form below asks for general details about the products/services you provide and details of your organisation. Submission of this form constitutes the first stage in our approval process.
Upon receipt, we will review your details and if successful, you will progress to the next stage of the approval process, which will be a link to our TASC portal and our subcontractor assessment questionnaire. Only if your organisation is successful in passing our assessment, will your details be added to our approved database.
Placement on our approved supplier list means that whilst your organisation will be considered as a possible subcontractor, it does not imply that you will be asked to quote or tender on every occasion.
All information will be treated in the strictest confidence.
