Wynne Construction has been appointed by North Wales-based housing association Adra to build a new residential development adjacent to Maes Owen, Abergele Road in Bodelwyddan.
The new 49-home modern lifetime homes will consist of apartments and 42 houses, 3 bungalows, and 4 flats which will be a mix of social rent and intermediate rent homes. Along with the homes, Wynne Construction will also deliver external private and semi-private areas, landscaped to improve biodiversity on site and create interest throughout the year.
The build started in March 2026 and will be completed by Autumn 2027.
