Wynne Construction has been appointed by Isle of Anglesey County Council to design and build a new Extra Care and Residential Care Facility within the Aethwy ward.
The development will be located behind the Tyddyn Mostyn Estate and will include: 45 bed Extra Care facility, 26 bed Residential Care Home, community facilities, including space for a hub for the Community Resource Team, supporting residents in the south of the island.
The Extra Care properties will be self-contained apartments for older people with support provided so they can live independently.
The new facilities and the scheme will include external hard and soft landscaping.
The project started in May 2026 and is due to be completed Nov 2028
