Great Sutton Medical Centre, Cheshire

Wynne Construction was appointed by Great Sutton Medical Ltd to design and build a new health and wellbeing village in Ellesmere Port.

The redevelopment includes a new build sustainable 34,000sq ft facility to safeguard medical access in the area, on behalf of NHS Merseyside and Cheshire on a 12-acre site off Old Chester Road, where the currently situated village hall and scout hut will also be redeveloped by Wynne Construction as part of the project.

The centre includes larger consultation and treatment rooms, ambulance bays, and increased space for cars for the convenience of staff and patients, while relieving traffic congestion due to the expected decrease in the need for street parking to access the premises.

Work started on site in March 2023 and completed in December 2025.
