Kings Moat Community Primary School, Chester

Wynne Construction was appointed by Cheshire West and Chester Council to deliver the new Kings Moat Community Primary School on Moat Lane, Chester.

The new school will provide much-needed primary education provision for the growing Kings Moat community, supporting the wider residential development in the area and helping to meet future demand for school places as the local population increases.

The project reflects Cheshire West and Chester Council’s commitment to investing in local education infrastructure and ensuring that new communities are supported by the services and facilities they need.

Alongside the construction of the new facility, the project delivered meaningful social value outcomes, reported and monitored through the Social Value Portal.

The project started in March 2025 and was completed in July 2026.
