Wynne Construction was appointed by Denbighshire County Council to design and build the new Queen's Market on Sussex Street, Rhyl.

The development includes a market/food hall containing a mezzanine for additional seating, an events and commercial hall, as well as drainage and external works and refurbishment to the Queen's Chambers buildings.

The funding for the development was provided by the Council, the Welsh Government Transforming Towns' programme and the European Regional Development Fund. The project was part of the North Wales Construction Partnership Framework.

Completed in 2025.
