Nant Building, Coleg Cambria, Wrexham

Wynne Construction has been appointed by Coleg Cambria to build the second phase of the Yale Campus redevelopment in Wrexham.

The new 4500m² three-storey building will include facilities such as hair and beauty workshops, a spa area with treatment rooms, juice bar, healthcare simulation ward, laboratories, and classrooms. The contract includes the demolition of existing buildings as well as the external landscaping.

Work started in July 2022 and was completed in Autumn 2024
