High Rise Apartments, Flint

Wynne Construction has been awarded a refurbishment contract by Flintshire County Council for three high-rise residential blocks in Flint: Bolingbroke Heights, Richard Heights, and Castle Heights. These buildings form part of a broader fire safety enhancement programme for sheltered housing schemes across the county.

The 12-month contract includes the phased upgrade of both passive and active fire protection systems. Scope of works includes the installation of new fire doors, fire-stopping measures, and improvements to communal lighting systems. The project has been carefully planned to be delivered in stages, ensuring minimal disruption and allowing residents to remain in their homes for as long as safely possible throughout the works.
