Wynne Construction was awarded the contract by Tickety Boo Developments Ltd to build a new convenience store and separate Drive Thru facility in Bodelwyddan close to Junction 25 of the A55 expressway.
Once complete, the two units will be a Spar convenience store, including a Post Office and Subway sandwich bar and a Costa Drive Thru and cafe. Each single-storey unit will have a separate entrance, accessed off Rhuddlan Road. The project includes car parking and landscaping.
Wynne Construction started work in June 2019 and was completed in February 2020.
