Wynne Construction has been appointed by Denbighshire Housing to redevelop the site of Prestatyn's former library to include the demolition of the existing library and the erection of a four-storey building with two ground floor commercial units and fourteen one-bedroom social rented apartments.
The accessible and adaptable one-bedroom energy-efficient apartments will accommodate older persons with limited mobility and will be installed with renewable technology to include solar panels and ground source heat pumps.
Work started on site in March 2022.
