Wynne Construction has been appointed to deliver a new housing development and health centre in Bridgend, South Wales. Sunnyside Wellness Village consists of new build homes, social housing and a new medical centre, and is being carried out by Linc Cymru (Linc) in partnership with Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board, with support from Bridgend County Borough Council and Welsh Government.
The three-storey health centre will be completed in October 2025, while the 59 homes scheduled to be finished in early 2026.
