Ty Haverfordia, Haverfordwest

Wynne Construction has been appointed by Pembrokeshire County Council to build the new Haverfordia House, located in Haverfordwest.

The development will create 25 one and two-bedroom apartments tailored for over 55s, alongside a temporary bedsit, 12 reablement en-suite bedrooms, a reablement centre, and associated infrastructure and landscaping.

Part-funded through the Housing with Care Fund grant, the scheme offers wider benefits of the support provided by Sheltered Housing Assistants based at Haverfordia House, who will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of the residents, they will provide day to day support that significantly improves residents' quality of life.

The scheme will deliver facilities for both Housing and Social Care, within the surroundings of a public car park, green open space fields and easily accessible to local services to the town centre of Haverfordwest.
