Wynne Construction has been appointed by North Wales-based housing association Adra to build a new residential development at Berse Road, Wrexham.
The new 47-home social housing complex consists of apartments and two, three and four-bedroom homes available for rent. Along with the homes, Wynne Construction will also deliver external private and semi-private areas, landscaped to improve biodiversity on site and create interest throughout the year.
The build started in March 2025 and will be completed by Autumn 2026.
