Adra, previously known as Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd (CCG) appointed Wynne Construction to build 38 new apartments on the former Bangor social club site on Farrar Road in the city.
The development featured varied rental options, including a mix of social, intermediate and market rented homes, with 23 two-bedroom and 15 one-bedroom apartments across four storeys. There are also 38 parking spaces for the residents.
Works commenced on site in September 2020 and and completed in March 2022.

Wynne Construction has been extremely supportive of our Academi Adra initiative and has always endeavoured to take on candidates for work experience placements where possible. Alison is very easy to work with and is more than happy to help us with any enquiries or requests that we send her way.
